What do I need to know when buying a new handset?

The phone handset is the everyday interface for your telephone system so having a functional model that you are comfortable with is important. It is also critical to check handset compatibility with your system, as LG Aria have many handsets unique to one particular system range and will not work on any others. To ensure a handset is compatible with your phone system, follow these procedures:

Match photos of handsets in the office to the handsets on our website: A very simple method, if the pictures match, then you have compatibility! You can see the full range of LG Aria handsets with photos included below.
Match Model Numbers: All telephones have a model number on the back, which you can match to the model numbers that you will see on our list of handsets below.
Call our friendly staff: If you are still not sure, call Plexus on 1300 302 276 and one of our friendly staff will be able to advise you on which handsets are compatible with your current system.

7000 Series
The 7000 series telephone handsets are the newest release from LG-Aria. Compatible with has handsets ranging from 4 to 24 programmable line keys, with 4 different models available to choose from. These handsets offer excellent value and combine modern day features with robust design to create a comfortable and effective handset range for their customers.

LKD Series
The alternative range of handsets from LG-Aria are the LKD series telephones. Now superseded by the 'LDP 7000' phones (featured above), these handsets were originally made for the following phone systems: LG Aria 16, LG Aria 20, LG Aria 34e, LG Aria 100, LG Aria 186 and the LG Aria 300 PABX. The good news though, is that all LKD telephones are upwards compatible, meaning that they can work on the LG's newest phone systems as well! A great way for you to save money, the LKD handsets are available in 2 button, 8 button and 30 button phones.
