Each range comes in a variety of sizes so you can purchase matching phones with different functionality depending on who they're for. While your front desk may require a 20+ button handset, possibly with an add-on-module (AOM) your regular staff won't require this functionality and a 6 or 12 button model would likely suffice.

Samsung's flagship range of OfficeServ handsets are at the forefront of telecommunications technology, giving you access to all the modern features your new telephone system provides. If you're running an older telephone system however we also have a huge range of their superseded models like the Euro's and Falcon's.

What do I need to know when buying a new handset?

The phone handset is the everyday interface for your telephone system so having a functional model that you are comfortable with is important. More then that though, many Samsung handsets are unique to certain phone systems, meaning if you attempt to connect a handset to the wrong system, it won't work, even if it is from the same manufacturer. To ensure a handset is compatible with your phone system, follow these procedures:

Match photos of handsets in the office to the handsets on our website: A very simple method, if the pictures match, then you have compatibility! You can see the full range of Samsung handsets with photos included below.
Match Model Numbers: All telephones have a model number on the back, which you can match to the model numbers that you will see on our list of handsets below.
Call our friendly staff: If you are still not sure, call Plexus on 1300 302 276 and one of our friendly staff will be able to advise you on which handsets are compatible with your current system.

OfficeServ Handsets
The Samsung DS-5000 series of handsets are the newest release of digital telephones from Samsung communications. Compatible with the Officeserv 7030, Officeserv 7100, Officeserv 7200 and Officeserv 7400 phone systems these handsets are a popular choice as they combine looks, with feel and functionality, while also being downwards compatible for older PABX's. Available in 7 buttons, 14 buttons, 21 buttons and 38 buttons, there is a DS-500 handset to suit users with the smallest amount of daily telephone usage, to a receptionist who deals with a high volume of call traffic.

Euro DCS Handsets
The Samsung Euro handsets are a superseded range of digital telephones from Samsung communications. Available in 6 button, 12 button and 24 button telephones, these handsets are hugely popular as they are compatible with the vast majority of Samsung phone systems whilst also being a cost effective choice due to the fact that they aren't the latest hansdet release from Samsung.
