Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Sale for goods to be installed
 
Plexus on receipt of the signed acceptance offer and 70% deposit will place the order for the goods required, the balance of 30% will be payable to Plexus on completion of the work. Should the customer decide to cancel the order once they have signed the acceptance offer and a deposit has been received the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the total parts investment detailed on the proposal. By signing the acceptance offer you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The proposals/quotations are valid for 21 Days.
 
Delivery/Installation
 
Generally, delivery and installation can be carried out within 7 working days of your order or as directed by you. No provision is made for faulty or inadequate existing facility or block cabling and any additional cabling requirements will be charged accordingly to the clients account. Our licensed technicians perform all installations and use only quality materials.
 
Payment Terms
 
All goods remain the property of Plexus until full payment has been received. Any collection/legal fees incurred by Plexus in recovering any outstanding debt will be charged to the customer.
 
Outright Purchase
 
A deposit of 70% required with purchase order, with 30% balance due on completion of the work.
 
Rental or Lease
 
Goods will not be delivered until confirmation has been received stating that finance has been approved, documents have been signed, and the finance provider is ready to settle upon receipt of signed acknowledgment of goods.
Telstra/service provider liaison
 
We will be pleased to order all your Telstra requirements on your behalf. Any Telstra or other service provider fees will apply and are in addition to the prices
outlined in this quotation. Such fees will appear on your next Telstra or service provider account. Plexus cannot be held responsible for any delays or faults caused
by the service provider.  Note: Service and equipment charges (line rental charges) are still applicable and are in addition to any charges or pricing outlined in this quotation.
 
Parking Charges
Please note should no parking be available and the technician is required to park in a paid parking lot, the charges will be passed onto the customer. A copy of the receipt will be forwarded to you for proof of associated costs on request. 
 
Warranty
All new goods supplied by Plexus carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty. All refurbished equipment supplied by Plexus carries a 3 month guarantee. Should any component be required to be changed due to faulty equipment within this time period the part will be replaced at no cost, however if labour is involved the labour component for the work will be charged at our standard hourly rates.
