NEC XEN Axis Telephone System

The NEC XEN Axis is a refurbished system that provides the medium business with an easy to use telephone system at a low price. The system is designed for ease of use, and its relatively low feature list allows for users to quickly learn how to use every feature. The XEN Axis is small by default, but can be configured to include up to 16 lines and 48 extensions. Its low price and limited range of features means that the system is targeted at lower budget medium businesses looking to spend a relatively small amount on their phone system.

 

While being limited in features, the NEC XEN Axis does contain VoIP compatibility and CTI technology. As such, the system offers some of the modern features but not the volume or variety of features included in the more recent systems. For a business planning to increase its size and demands in the near future, the XEN Axis is probably not ideal. Despite its easy expandability, the XEN Axis does not have the advanced features required for a large company. But for a small business simply looking for a more efficient way of communicating in the workplace, the XEN Axis is a great solution.
