Samsung iDCS 100
The Samsung iDCS 100 is a digital telephone system that includes many modern features, targeted at the medium business. While it has been superseded by the OfficeServ 7000 series, the iDCS 100 is still highly competitive with most modern phone systems. Including modern features such as VoIP, CTI and e-mail gateway, the iDCS 100 provides most medium sized businesses with a simple communications solution. The system is set at an affordable price for those with a lower budget requiring fewer features, and is easily expandable to accommodate a growing business with changing needs.
The downside to the iDCS 100 is that to allow voicemail and the highly acclaimed e-mail gateway, a separate SVMI voicemail card must be purchased. This adds on a significant cost and if voicemail is considered highly desirable by your business, you are better off looking at the Samsung OfficeServ 7000 series, which offers voicemail cards at a substantially lower price. For those who don’t prioritise voicemail highly, the iDCS 100 includes a large range of other advanced features that are important in modern day business at a relatively cheap price. So if you are a medium-sized business not requiring voicemail, the Samsung iDCS 100 is a great telephone system to invest in.
